About Rost Consulting
We are an education consulting company based in Zhuhai, in southern China. We serve clients in the mainland as well as in Hong Kong and Macau. Many of our clients are in cities in Guangdong Province, such as Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
We offer consulting and training services for kindergartens, schools, universities and other educational institutions. You can read about some of our most popular modules on our Training Modules page.
We also design specialized modules to meet the specific needs of the institutions that we work with. For example, some of our partners may need special training packages for their new teachers; we can help them design and deliver these trainings.
In addition, we provide English program evaluation visits. We will visit your school for a few days, observe the classes, meet with the teachers and management, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the program and make recommendations to bring the English classes to a very high standard. Our partners who are trying to reach international standards of excellence find these visits extremely valuable.
We also work with other companies and organizations that need internal English training programs for their staff. For instance, a large company involved in international trade needs staff who can communicate well in English. It is very expensive and time consuming to send these staff to English schools. We can work with the HR Department to design an internal English training program, so the company can provide their own training to their staff.
During school vacations we offer the English Enhancement Program (EEP). This program is designed for Chinese English teachers who wish to improve their English as well as their teaching skills. A school that wants to have an EEP for the teachers can schedule a two‐week period during their school vacation. All the English teachers can attend and we will provide training both to improve their English ability and to increase their teaching skills. International schools or bilingual schools (such as IB schools) can offer an EEP for all their teachers.

在学校假期期间，我们提供英语加强项目(EEP)。这个项目是专为希望提高英语水平和教学技巧的中国英语教师设计的。需要为教师提供这项培训的学校可以在学校假期中安排为期两周的时间。所有英语教师都可以参加，我们将为他们提供提高英语水平和教学技巧的培训。国际学校和双语学校可以向所有教师提供此项目。
About Mr.Collis Rost
Collis Rost is an internationally respected teacher trainer, curriculum developer and educational advisor. For 15 years he has been working in educational quality improvement in Asia, including 5 years in China. Outside Asia, he has offered workshops in USA, Russia and Norway.
Mr. Rost has been involved in designing curriculums, training teachers, advising individual schools and networks of schools on English improvement, education quality control and enhancing teachers’ skill levels. In China from 2005-2009, he was the Gateway Language Village (Zhuhai) lead educational trainer and curriculum designer. He wrote Gateway Professional English Teacher Training (GPETT), and delivered training to over 300 teachers from government and private schools, on behalf of GLV.
In 2009, he was appointed as the Academic Director of the Mulyavardhan Education Project in India. Along with his team of 15 project leaders, he trained and supervised teachers for a network of 157 government schools. Under his direction, the project expanded to over 400 schools in 2010.
Mr. Rost is the author of several books on educational games, interactive teaching methods, classroom management, as well as specialized training modules for teachers.
